Over the last decade, gratitude has been promoted as a practice for personal wellbeing. And yet, there's no denying that gratitude is also about relationships, and our communities. Michal Zechariah writes about the interpersonal significance of gratitude, the challenges and opportunities that such an awareness can bring us.

Self-compassion can be challenging when we have a a hyper-critical voice in our head that makes it painful for us to encounter parts of ourselves, work on our healing and growth.
