Five finds of the fortnight: Edition 32

Celebrating an anniversary!

Dear reader,

This week I marked an anniversary—six years ago this week, I facilitated by first paid NVC workshop for a client.

There’s been a lot of growth and learning since then, but what stays unchanged is that I enjoy doing this work, and find it deeply meaningful and fulfilling. I’m grateful to be able to do this work.

What’s something you do that brings you meaning? Reply to this email to share with me. I’d love to hear from you!

With warm regards,

Ranjitha

1. Quote of the fortnight

We confuse our feelings for facts.

Viktor Frankl, a psychiatrist who survived a Nazi death camp and went on to write Man’s Search for Meaning, shared this sentiment: Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.Being emotionally agile requires us to seize that space between stimulus and response.
