NVC practitioners' meeting in Bangalore, Deceember 17
And an invitation to a free end-of-year peace meditation
Dear reader,
For a little over two years, the Bangalore NVC practice group met in Cubbon Park, a large and peaceful green space in the center of the city.
Since the COVID pandemic, we’ve been meeting online.
And to mark the end of this year, I’ll be hosting an in-person meeting of NVC practitioners in Bangalore at Cubbon Park.
✉️ You’re invited to the community gathering on December 17!
We’ll connect and get to know each other and share a meal. My hope is that everyone who attends this gathering leaves with more of a sense of connection with other NVC practitioners, and inspiration to continue the practice—and maybe even an empathy buddy!
Fill in this form to join this gathering, or reply to this email if you have questions. I hope to see you there!

I’m delighted to be one of the co-sponsors of the peace meditation this year.
At this annual gathering, you can expect a tender meditation themed on peace, hope and healing.
It’s taking place online via Zoom on December 31, 2023 at 8.30Pm IST/7AM Pacific (California) Time.
